Prior to working at College Coach, Jess Mosley worked in financial aid at University of Chicago, Reed College, and Concordia University. In these positions she managed a variety of financial aid programming, including Financial Wellness, Loan Repayment Education, Federal Work Study, and Study Abroad. Jess worked closely with student groups that support first generation and low-income backgrounds, acting as a liaison to college leadership to support their needs and remove barriers to aid and information for all students. Within the Oregon Association of Financial Aid Administrators, Jess spent many years leading the state conference, planning and designing educational programming for financial aid professionals. She has volunteered as a presenter at many local high schools and college campuses and assisted families through the aid process during FAFSA nights. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Florida and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Appalachian State University.
