Prior to joining College Coach, Mrs. Smoley served as a Senior Manager at USA Funds and developed education loan repayment and student success strategies for colleges in the Midwest and West. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Buena Vista University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. She is a member of several state financial aid associations and the National Association of Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA).
