Ryan Kelley’s first experience working in college admission came as a tour guide at Stonehill College. He began his professional career as an admission counselor at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. Working in such a small admission office helped him learn all aspects of the admission process, from recruitment and application review to operations and yield events. After RWU, Ryan moved to New York City to work at Fordham University, where he served as the Honors College liaison and oversaw the transfer admission process. Ryan’s most recent admissions role was at the University of Colorado Boulder. There worked closely with transfer students while overseeing the freshman admission application review process. In that role, he chaired the admission and scholarship committees and engaged with a wide variety of representatives from across campus in creating an academically strong, diverse, and well-rounded class.
